Spice and Shenseea attempt to uncover the root of their disagreement.

Dancehall artists Spice and Shenseea have conflicting accounts of the reasons behind their rift. During a recent segment on the Zeus Network’s Baddies Caribbean Auditions, where they both serve as judges, they argued about who was responsible for the social media unfollow that appeared to signal the end of their once-close friendship.

Hits the UK Top 10 with ‘Survivor’ single. Produced by Urban Gurillaz Entertainment

Dancehall artiste ReniGAD is seeing solo success with a new single produced by Urban Gurillaz and Eastern Entertainment. The single, Survivor, acts as an unorthodox motivational track for anyone who faces challenges and manages to rise above it.

Despite technical difficulties and poor crowd management in some instances, the Burna Boy Live Concert at the National Stadium in Kingston on Sunday, featuring the Unruly Boss Popcaan and

reggae singer Lila Ike, lived up to its hype.

Patrons who attended the African Giant’s show were pleased in the end.

The performers, including those who were guests, delivered quality sets and were in tune with the audience—when they could hear the performances—and many got to see former Miss World Toni-Ann Singh performing alongside her rumoured beau Popcaan.

The duo even shared  what looked like a kiss on stage, which excited the women in the audience.

Protoje

Protoje made his national TV debut on this esteemed platform in 2019 for his first GRAMMY-nominated LP A Matter Of Time (In.Digg.Nation Collective / Overstand Entertainment, licensed to Mr Bongo Worldwide/Easy Star Records) and will carry on the tradition for his second nod in the Best Reggae Album category.

Rolling Stone also recently chose Third Time’s The Charm for the Best Albums of 2022 and the LP’s single “Late At Night” feat. Lila Iké for their Best Songs of 2022.

“Protoje wisely lets Jamaica’s signature rhythms dominate the album’s exquisite collages, many infused with hip-hop and neo-soul elements, yielding a progressive reggae identity, and his finest effort to date," states Rolling Stone’s contributor Pat Meschino about his latest 10-track opus.

Third Time’s The Charm concludes the trilogy of albums associated with time by the artist/producer.

It follows In Search of Lost Time (2020), released in partnership with Protoje’s label In.Digg.Nation Collective, Six Course and RCA Records, and A Matter of Time (2018).
